A: This phone has an internal memory of 20mb, which holds only 2-6 songs and a few pictures. It can also have an external memory card (MICRO SD) for up to 4GB. You can fit in 800 phone numbers in it, contacts. Q: How do you put music on this phone? A: Just put in the CD and download what it has on it. Then open up the PC SUITE. Plug in your phone to your PC and on your phone, pick COM PORT (or something like that). Then when PC SUITE is opened up, on the left hand panel there's a phone with music and picture symbols. Click on it and then click on the things you want to transfer to your phone (music, photos). If you still don't get it, i will make a video about it.
